JUST ME

Multidisciplinary artist Coco has been drawing, painting, and taking pictures for as long as she can remember.  As a child, she would sell hand-painted stones by the roadside, channeling her creativity into the world from an early age. She funded her studies with her artwork, focusing primarily on oil portraits and works on paper.

After spending decades in the fast-paced world of business, she has now returned to her artistic roots, immersing herself once again in the art world. Her exhibitions have been well-received, including a 2024 showcase in a Pop Up Gallery in Bogenhausen, followed by an exhibition in the U-Bahn Gallery at the University of Munich.

In addition to these, she holds smaller exhibitions, and her work is featured in private, permanent collections internationally. Upcoming exhibitions for 2025 include a showing at the Orangerie in the English Garden in early April, followed by a display in Milan at the end of April 2025. In October, she will participate in Art Muc in Munich.

For years, she has also held performances and poetry readings from her latest book, “Der Himmel und das Salz,” in venues such as Alte Utting, Alter Simpl, Minna Thiel, and the Wannda Festival. Her readings have also taken her beyond Germany, with appearances in Kitzbühel and Salzburg.

Artista Coco is a passionate facilitator of Women and Men Circles, guiding deep explorations of connection and healing. She has held circles in spaces such as The Sanctuary and Salon de Shakti, both in Munich, as well as in Guatemala and Bali. She has also led ceremonies at Burning Man and regularly offers birth(day) and other ceremonies in private spaces.

Her creative practice is centered around the creation of Cosmopolitana, a world where every emotion has a place. She works with textiles and creates paintings on canvas and wood, along with The Silent Scream Series, depicting faces of fleeting acquaintances on dessert plates.

You are welcome to visit her studio in the heart of Maxvorstadt, Munich—a space that is always open for exploration and inspiration.
