#34 How to build a house in the clouds that is grounded enough to make you feel home – with artist and film maker Veronica Riedel

At my favorite hour, the blue hour, I met with German-Guatemalan artist and filmmaker Veronica Riedel in her penthouse. During tea and cake, I asked if she would spontaneously like to be interviewed as part of my podcast. To my great delight, she agreed.

Again, it was a special honor to be able to exchange ideas with such a creative, smooth, intelligent and empathetic person. Thank you so much, dear Veronica!

During the hour of our conversation, our thoughts circled around the topic of “home” in particular. But not only that, we also talked about the following topics:

– Stories from the film business and art life

– Relation between men and women and their key differences

– Meaning of self love in life

– Process of transformation from a loving mother/wife to a career in art and film

– Feeling sensual within yourself

– The role of post motherhood

– Expectation about life and how to manage them

– Balance of masculine and feminine energy

– Dreams, manifestation and surprises in life

– Humility, teaching and sisterhoods

I am happy to share this podcast episode with you and welcome any feedback, suggestions and interview ideas.

#33 Opera & spirituality: Connecting to the animal within us – live at a river bank with professional Opera singer Anthony Pinkerton

It happened early one evening, just before sunset. Down at the riverbank adjacent to the tropical Jungle, I spotted a bearded gentleman doing situps with a heavy log on his shoulders. A picture for G ods. We got into a conversation that interweaves the topics of opera, sexuality, and spirituality.

Anthony Pinkerton born 1999 in Orlando, Florida (USA), has been spending four years studying voice performance at a world class conservatory of music, Westminster Choir College. During his time in conservatory, his voice teacher was also a yoga teacher, encouraging him to bridge the gap between singing and spirituality. Since graduating in ‘21, he quit his jobs, put his New Jersey apartment up for rent, and booked a one way flight ticket to Lake Atitlan, Guatemala. It is here where he took a deep dive into the practice of yoga. Since then, he teaches yoga seven days a week and offers holistic healing practices.

#32 Talking about humanity, power and politics – with Guatemalan politician and business man Diego Arzu Garcia-Granados

Without a doubt one of the most exciting interviewees I could ever imagine: Diego Arzu Garcia-Granados. Mentally flexible, intelligent and intellectual, charming and open. Diego is not only the son of former Guatemalan president and mayor of Guatemala City Álvaro Arzú Irigoyen, but also served himself as deputy to the Central American Parliament from 2016 to 2020. He was raised in a family where political talk was and continues to be the order of the day. Diego knows the international arena of politics and economic interdependence as well as few. The common exchange led us from the historical heritage of the Maya to the beauty of mental diversity to father-son love & so much more.

Thank you, dear Diego, for your time, your authenticity and most of all, thank you for making your words so richly filled with ideas and inspiration during our conversation.

With love, Corinna-Rosa

#31 Sex before marriage: Talking privately from (a Muslim) woman to (a non-Muslim) woman perspective – live from a market in Lombok, Indonesia

It was on a hot afternoon when I made a stop with my scooter in a small town in the north of Lombok. The ride was exhausting and I was tired. Since I was traveling alone, I decided to stroll through the local market in hopes of grabbing a chilled coconut. As I did so, I noticed a woman not taking her eyes off me, even following me slightly. I walked up to her and a conversation ensued.

Today I found it again in my archives and would like to share it with you.

Why?

Because it shows me how differently we are programmed, myself included. The short but intense conversation shows me how we are shaped by our culture, our environment and the people we love.

The young woman has never left Lombok. Lombok, a heavily Muslim Indonesian island, where in the north women are kidnapped from their families of origin by their future husbands when they reach puberty. They end up in a forced marriage, not knowing what awaits them there, including their first wedding night.

I was struck by the openness of the conversation. It shows how curious and searching the human spirit is. The idea of having sex unmarried, especially as a woman, is largely non-existent there. I may also mention that the woman reaches a social rank only through marriage, which also grants her rights. Only a marriage makes a woman a real woman there.

At the same time, it also shows how I too am mentally limited and trapped.

The interview was taken in the spring of 2021.

I hope you can take something away for yourself from today’s podcast episode. Feel free to share it, hit the subscribe button or leave a review. I look forward to hearing from you.

See you soon, Corinna-Rosa

#30: How a yoni saved my life – with yoni whisperer and Tantra master Shaft Uddin

I met charming Shaft Uddin in an Italian restaurant for another (spontaneous) episode of The Human Project Podcast.

Shaft Uddin is a transformational facilitator, a tantric practitioner and the founder of the Sacred Sexual Awakening School. His viral videos have been viewed by more than 30 million people.

Our paths crossed by coincidence and I was immediately impressed by his appearance.

During our conversation I also got to know his inner beauty.

We talked about the following topics, among others:

  • Life as a cosmic joke
  • Ancient practices of Tantra and Yoga, (unfortunately) taught by mainly white man
  • Health industry as a multibillion business
  • Life in a conscious community such as Portugal, Bali, Ibiza, Lake Atitlán
  • Living with various lovers
  • Importance of dedicating time to women
  • „How to handle a vagina best?“
  • Power and pleasure of a yoni massage

…and so much more!

Hope you enjoyed listening to us and hope you could take something out for yourself.

Producing one episode (manufacture process) takes between 4-6 hours; it is my personal ambition to give some inspiration back that I luckily so often receive in life myself.

Feel free to subscribe, link and share, so that this work can be leveraged.

I wish you all wings to fly.

#28: Special Libanon – Late night talk with internationally acclaimed photographer and business man Roger Moukarzel

“Because I was born into a family of journalists, I used to hang out with journalists at the newspaper office. When the war erupted in Lebanon, I used to take my brother’s camera – at a very early stage – and shoot some black and white images in the village.”

„I was aware that what we used to do as war photographers was not translated accurately. A big part of the news was fake news because, at some level, they would translate whatever photos I had taken in a different way. I was putting my life in danger to show the reality and that was not what they were after, so I decided to quit. I didn’t know that I would become a fashion photographer in Paris. I continued down that road because I felt that I could express myself in a different way.“

It happened one evening in Beirut when I met Roger for the first time in a hotel bar. A mutual friend had introduced us and said that meeting him would be an enrichment. And so it was. Spontaneously, Roger agreed to record our conversation. Lucky me: I got to know Roger as a humble, intellectual and intelligent person. I was impressed.

Born in Beirut in 1962. Roger Moukarzel’s passion started with war photography at the age of a teenager in a conflicted country and region. He worked in this field of photography for the next 15 years and got engagements for Sygma and Reuters. Roger’s photo-documentaries were published around the world and in many international publications. French magazine Paris Match has also chosen one of his pictures – a scene of destruction and mayhem in a Beirut street – to be featured on the cover page of its 40th anniversary book.

As time moved on Roger began to question his choice, ultimately leading him away from war coverage into fashion and art photography instead.

#26: Special Georgia – Spending time with the internationally renowned artist Maka Batiashvili

“Art is not only a means of pleasure, but also expression and establishment of freedom, the relation of the internal world to the surrounding environment (…), the conflict of idealism and realism, the relation between the existence and non-existence. The mentality of the artist is always related to the events around him, because these events create the art.” (Maka Batiashvili)

Maka Batiashvili lives and works in Tbilisi, Georgia, where she was born in 1975. After her studies of monumental painting she devoted herself to smaller formats and video works that were shown in diverse exhibitions in Georgia. Her works are journeys into silent strange worlds – thanks to concentrated observations from an unusual perspective, and thanks to their references to Georgian reality. Apart from her artistic work Maka Batiashvili is member of the Georgian Artist Group and curates and organises political actions.

#21 Special Armenia – About the diaspora, living as an Armenian in the U.S., voice over and singing with Eva Abramian from L.A., USA

I met Eva in my hotel close to Lake Sevan in the mountain region of Armenia, the Yeghegis State Sanctuary. Eva is part of the Armenian diaspora, married to an Armenian and mother of a little daughter with whom they are both speaking Armenian. She has been traveling through Armenia with her family when we recorded our interview.

It might be useful to know that there are an estimated 1.5 million to 2 million Americans with Armenian heritage. Nowhere is Armenian influence more visible than in Glendale, California, a city of 200,000 near Los Angeles where 40% of the population is Armenian.

Eva is ending our talk singing „Hallelujah“. This was a very touching moment for me.

Content of our conversation:

  • How to maintain Armenian culture when living abroad
  • Armenian community life in the U.S.A.
  • Connection to American friends with different background
  • Difference to U.S. culture
  • Individualism
  • Expectations in community life
  • Healthy and bad shame in life
  • Efforts from abroad to support Armenia
  • Diaspora
  • Current policial situation and feeling threatened as a country
  • History repeating itself
  • Importance of political awareness

#15 Jakarta Airport: About self-growth, racism and xenophobia towards countries, the power of love, and gaining a fearless mindset that sets you apart – with Emma Pascal

Emma Pascal is a 23-year old Australian business founder who happens to be both Italian and African descent. She considers herself as an adventurous person who loves getting out of her comfort zone in many aspects — may it be for business ideas, traveling, or relationships. Emma and her partner has shared a happy relationship, growing together as a couple and as individuals.

Being in an interracial relationship has been challenging especially with racism existing in the society and with racist remarks that disguised as words of concern. However, Emma does not allow people’s opinions to affect her life and her relationship. To simply put it, for Emma, relationships are meant for people who knows how to treat each other with respect.

This outlook has brought so many opportunities beyond her personal relationship. Her fearless and courageous mindset has helped her do all the things she wanted to do at her young age, and she advises people to do the same. A steady path, concrete plans and ideal family life ─ she was able to attain all this with love, will and passion.

In this short yet beautiful session with Emma, we discussed about…

  • 2:12 Interracial relationships
  • 2:23 Xenophobic and racist remarks against people from developing countries
  • 4:21 Financial background differences in relationships
  • 5:28 Key to a happy relationship is not money
  • 7:09 Importance of communication in relationships
  • 8:04 Business built through passion
  • 9:00 The ideal family life
  • 11:26 Not letting others’ opinions affect own life decisions
  • 14:53 Finding the right balance and mindset
  • 15:25 Law of attraction
  • 18:14 What to do first when you are traveling, especially when alone
  • 19:34 Having that drive and willingness to be more adventurous
  • 21:20 Learning new culture and meeting new people in a different country

I would love for you to check out Emma Pascal’s socials if you wish to connect with her!

#14 How to kick men’s ass: Muay Thai, physical power, femininity, Olympic games, surfing and living abroad – with Liv Schönbächler from Switzerland

„I am for sure stronger than some guys and can defeat some men despite I am a girl!“

„Girls can be stronger than men and take them to the floor. We so often get underestimated!“

It was during a Muay Thai class where Liv caught my attention with her physical power and strength. I was impressed by how strong she kicked and boxed – all coming from a young, feminine body!

Tattoos on her body speaks a lot about her personality: “Think less, live more” and “Go with the flow”. Liv radiates confidence, strength, a sense of ease, and living life to the fullest well beyond her age.

Doing sports is Liv’s way to feel empowered and energized throughout the day. This inspiration comes from her parents, who pursue their passions in sports. Liv’s dad was competing in the 1994 Olympics, while her mom is a gymnast and a dancer.

Raised in an active family, her parents taught her to go over her physical limits, to be strong, independent, and open to try new things. Being brought up in a chill and supportive environment in Switzerland that let her do what she wanted has made Liv grateful, as it allowed her to be secure and confident in herself and the path she chooses.

In this episode, Liv talks about feminine power: where it comes from and what it means for her. Liv knows that she is stronger than some men, and she has mastered defense techniques that could take down even stronger men.

Being physically powerful affects your presence and the way you carry yourself in day-to-day life. It puts you in the mindset of being secure as a woman, ready on your feet, capable and in control instead of seeing yourself through a victim lens.

In our conversation with Liv, you might learn:

  • How to develop strength in yourself, both physically and mentally
  • The beauty of feminine power
  • The importance of freedom and support from one’s family in order to build your own character instead of adopting the pattern of your parents or other family members
  • Importance of an open mindset
  • Joy of traveling and living abroad
  • To go with the flow and embrace everything that life offers, including uncertainties
  • To be yourself and put yourself first as only then you are in the position to give to others

Thank you for being with us! If you want to find out more about Liv, follow her on @livschoenbaechler

#11 Skin to skin: About art as a reflection to strength, female empowerment, inner belief, and tattoos and where to put them – with Lea Schenk

Lea Schenk can be considered as one of the few women pioneers in Paris, France to have taken a brave stride to become an artist in the then male-dominated tattoo industry. And now being in this profession for 10 years, she is now a sought-after tattoo artist in Bali, Indonesia, continuing her life-long passion of imprinting her art on not just the skin, but within people’s hearts.

Having lost so much at such a young age of seven, Lea breaks off from her past and refuses it to hinder her from what she’s destined to be. In contrast, she even accepts the fact that her upbringing is what influenced her to be the artist that she is now.

Lea prides herself of being a self-made woman. She believes how her hard work molded her to become a talented artist and not the other way around.

In this inspiring session with Lea, we discussed about…

#10 Sumba, Indonesia: About kidnapping women for marriage, empowerment, love and the importance of being financially independent – with Ima Articha

Ima Articha is a young amazing woman who was born on Sumba – an island that is less than two hours flight away from Bali in Indonesia. Her family are rice farmers since generations and Ima took her life bravely into her own hands to become a successful and financially independent woman. It took a lot of courage to go that path. Ima is now living on Bali, living the life she always wanted to have.

As in other regions of the world too (e.g. on Lombok), young women – very often still minors – are kidnapped for forced marriages on Sumba. It became something society accepted.

At the age of just 16 years, Ima decided for herself to not let this and the consequence of becoming a housewife to a man she has not chosen happen to her.

A fight with her dad, key figure of the family, has started. Her dad refused to speak to her when she expressed her wish to receive education in hospitality business. Ima did not give up her dream at that moment. Instead, she fought for it and finally managed to enter as one out of just 50 young professionals the Sumba Hospitality school.

With the help of this non-profit institution, Ima learned not only English but also everything else that helped her to move to Bali and find a proper job.

A large part of the salary that Ima is earning on Bali is being sent back to her family on Sumba. Another part Ima is saving for higher educational training as she wants to continue living her dreams.

I loved talking to Ima and learned from her willpower, determination and joy.

Today, we speak about the following subjects:

  • Women rights in developing countries and the fight for being empowered
  • The beauty of the island of Sumba (Indonesia) and its big challenges – Sumba is one of the poorest regions in the world
  • How to get wings to fly away from your home town to become the person you want to be
  • Clash of different cultures and tension between a traditional lifestyle – rice farmers in a very rural area – versus the modern world and how to successfully manage them
  • How social media can be a door opener to see how other parts of the world do look like and to what extend this perspective is changing desires
  • Fear of parents that the children go „out into the big world“ and might loose their roots
  • Traditional roles as becoming a wife as a minor and how to break free
  • The threat of forced marriage, being kidnapped from your home
  • Balinease lifestyle and „Bule“ – the local Indonesian word for foreigners and/or non-Indonesian national, especially people of European descent
  • Importance of sustainable tourism development on Sumba
  • Stereotype of a „good“ and a „bad“ woman/ first category is the one that usually gets married, the second one is the wild one
  • Dressing up sexually/ Sexual abuse of women
  • How to realize your dreams and visions/ financial independency

#9 Why you should go for adventures in your life and maybe even get lost – with Sky-Marie Niblett, 13 years, book author, homeschooled

Sky-Marie (What a name!) is with just 13 years my youngest interview guest in my show so far! I was amazed by the deep layers of her personality, her wisdom and fresh spirit. But not only this: Sky-Marie already published her first book.

I am wondering whether there is a special reason behind her energy and dynamic?

Sky-Marie and her younger brother Sunny are homeschooled. Right now, they are all living close to the Indonesian ocean, where they can watch the sunsets, with monkeys climbing up the trees and their surfboards next by. They are living a free and creative lifestyle far away from any urban area, barefoot most of the day and surrounded by same-minded friends.

In the conversation with Sky-Marie we speak about…

  • how to become a young author
  • what homeschooling means and its advantages
  • what power it brings to a family when having a strong centered mother
  • that the best way to learn something you don’t like is by having fun
  • why getting lost during adventure time can be half of the fun
  • that a separation of parents does not necessarily need to led to a broken family life
  • how affirmations help you to overcome fear
  • what it means to live a life in a foreign country
  • how to keep the level of curiosity high
  • the importance of self-compliments

I sincerely hope that the episode with Sky-Marie also inspires and empowers to embark on your own path, to learn and grow while not giving up whatever experiences may come in your life.

#8 Ubud, Bali: About the consumption of women, shiny Louis Vuitton’s, a high end criminal life in Vancouver and a finally soul rich life as an impact entrepreneur in Bali – with Aren Singh Bahia

“Give. Connect. Inspire.“

This quote from Aren aka @ink_pray_love reflects his todays personality. Aren has founded the Karma House Bali, Conscious Arts Tattoos, Full Reset Coaching, and is one of the co-founders of YogiLab.

But Aren has started at a different point in his life: He was born part of the middle-class, his father being a TV cable installer and his mom working as a community librarian. When he was younger he dreamt about becoming rich. He wanted to possess fancy cars, beautiful women and shiny brands. One way to reach this target was for him to become a key figure in organizational crime in Vancouver, Canada – the city he grew up. He was recruited in a drug-dealing gang and was consuming money and women as he was addicted to drugs, power, and sex.

“All the people around me, there was a lot of violence, a lot of drug overdoses, just, there’s a lot of that happening. And so I was in desperation — I needed to make a shift and change my life.”

The material things brought Aran so much pride and validation that he believed for a while they could buy him happiness too. But at the end they were just a way to mask his emotions. Aren realized that he was unable to form connections with people on a deeper level. More so, Aren feared that he would end up dead or in jail if he stays in the same toxic environment.

“Shiny things get old pretty fast and it’s not going to feel good after a while. But if you have something that is bigger than you that connects and helps people, it’s actually gonna make a bigger impact.”

By coincidence, he came across a yoga studio in downtown Vancouver and started to practice Yoga – often while still being high on drugs at the same time. With this experience, a huge transformation and identity shift has started. Inspired by the film “Eat, Pray, Love”, Aren went to Ubud, a mountain village in Bali, to deepen his yoga and meditation experience. He learned about the concept of “Karma,” applied it to his life and realized that he finally wanted to become someone his parents could be proud of.

“It’s never too late to turn your personal story into one of success and compassion. You can start today, and make a difference in more lives than just your own. ”

In our conversation, we are speaking about the following subjects:

  • Organizational crime in Vancouver
  • Consumption of women
  • Sex, power and money addition and living a sex-responsible life
  • Deep connection with other people
  • Superficiality of luxury and other wealthy goods
  • Martial arts and the power of willpower
  • ADHD and how to expand attention span
  • How movies can have an impact on your own life, in Aren’s case it was the movie, Eat Pray, and Love.
  • Entrepreneur lifestyle and serial founder
  • The importance about being emotionally invested in what you do
  • Visions in life and on the world
  • Protection of children, in particular when it comes to children trafficking
  • Charity projects

“Find something that you would feel passionate about doing. Be it in any way, shape, or form, then make it bigger than you.”

#7 How to consciously communicate with your food – with Evan Rilling

“Our ancestors were eating generally higher quality food. They had less options but they were eating locally.”

Born in the USA, Evan Rilling is a a health-conscious chef and a food shaman. His mission is to help clients to connect more to themselves by creating a healthier relationship with the food they consume daily. He has almost 20 years of chef experience, has worked as the personal chef to movie actor, Will Smith, designed menus for retreat centers around the world, and worked for major health brands.

“You can learn to understand your own body in order to find out the kind of food that works best for you.”

We all are familiar with those moments in life, in which we don’t allow ourselves to eat healthy food without time pressure but rather with joy and pleasure — there is this telephone call in the middle of our lunch, the children that ask for morning chocolate or a dinner far after 8pm devoured in a rush. Our brain knows about proper meals. It knows “we are what we consume”, but our limiting beliefs cause us to believe differently.

All over the world, depending from a certain income level of course, people have different perceptions on what’s “healthy”for them — there are various nutrition plans we might feel tempted to explore like being vegan, eating veggie or raw, etc. At the end, they are all competing on what’s the “best practice” to follow.

But there is no general health nutrition plan that would be applicable for each of us in the same way. We all have different bodies, different ingredients within us, different ways to move, in being active, sitting and sleeping. Evan’s recommendation is to recognize that our bodies are built differently and needs to be treated differently. What is healthy for you might not be healthy for another person, what food works best for you, might not work for another one. As per Evan, you “just” have to be more knowledgable on what your body likes, digest the best and what feels the best after you have eaten. This means for him to observe: do you feel tired after a dish, activated or energized? Self-responsibility is his key for a proper health.

“Just because certain food is said to be good for you, doesn’t necessarily mean that it is good for you and your health system.”

Listening to our conversation will help you understand:

✨that it is your responsibility to stay healthy. No one else will really take care of your health except yourself

✨the importance of consciousness when eating because your body is your temple and you are what you are consuming — this is true for the news, television shows, and when it comes to our nutrition

✨how to build a relationship with tomatoes, almonds, salat, meat, and all other ingredients and food you are having daily in front of you

✨understanding that each of us has a different body and an individual internal health system

✨why buying local products is a great thing to do

✨the importance of mental health when it comes to an overall health state of living

✨why breathing before eating is a behavior you might want to make your habit

✨how a perfect vision of the food industry might look like

✨why the garden of Eden might act as a great role model for the food industry

✨how to inspire the next generation – our children – to truly love food, appreciating knowing local fresh products and eat with awareness

Some questions for you as you might want to reflect about today’s talk:

1. What does “being healthy” mean for you personally?

2. What steps do you take each day to maintain a great health level?

3. How important do you view mental health as being part of an overall health state?

4. How would you personally like the food industry to change?

5. Have you already tried to breathe 3x consciously before eating?

6. What new habit do you want to implement in life when it comes to your diet, your nutrition, and your eating behavior?

How to add sparkles of playfulness and sensuality to your life – with Sophie French

“Prosperity to me is the overflow of good things.”

It won’t be wrong if I say that I had an utmost joyful experience interviewing Sophie for bringing this episode out. When I met her, I found her smiling and radiating positive vibes with her blue green eyes shining bright as always.

Sophie is an experienced Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner. She has been helping people wipe off their inner doubts to grow and to pursue the big dreams waiting ahead. She is successfully creating foundations of self belief and thus, changing lives for the better.

“Allow the intuition to take us wherever it needs to.”

Her realization of the fact that nothing is going to matter in the end, empowered her thoughts and changed her life forever.

She took up a quest to find out the key to unlock success:

“Love feels like magic in your whole body!”

My conversation with Sophie will help you learn:

✨embracing uncertainty like a pro

✨how to not lose hope even in difficult times of life

✨what it takes to be in an excited state of mind about what is unexpectately unfolding in life

✨how to follow your heart despite all the social standards failing it

✨what might keep you holding back from actually pursuing your dreams and how you might overcome it

✨how to get find rest in this chaotic life

✨what it takes to let go of things not working out your way

✨how to sleep peacefully and allow your bodies to feel safe

I hope this episode sparks as much motivation in you all as it did in me to pursue our dreams and make them a part of our realities.

Some questions for you:

Do you get excited about life’s adventures?

To what extend do you measure your success according to the standards your society has set up?

While talking to Sophie, I extracted the message of re-taking up my due space and time before doing anything. How about you?

#5 How to master drug addiction, break abusive pattern in life and continue to grow into a strong woman – with Anne Marie Kramer

“Put one foot in front of the other even if you don’t want to – just get up and move forward.”

Anne Marie is a passionate woman, a hustler, a thriver, and a survivor. Even if she claims to still be in the process of becoming better, she is driven to always be the best version of herself. How is she doing this? By also breaking abusive patterns — which rooted from having a challenging parenting home as a child to getting married twice to an alcoholic in her early 20s. There was a time in her life, she even slept with her drug dealer to get easier access to drugs. But she strived, acknowledged her dark past and worked on herself which made her see the light. In her 30s, Anne Marie successfully founded three Yoga studios in California, remarried and became a mother of two in her 40s.

“The only way out is in and the only way out is through.”

In this conversation, you will learn:

✨How to break patterns in life

✨How to overcome addiction

✨How to have the confidence and strength in getting back up in life

✨How important a family’s impact is to your emotional and psychological health

✨What impact can forgiveness do to you and those around you

✨How to find your purpose and what is important in life for you

Some questions for you:

  • How did your past affect you?
  • Were you able to break patterns or are you still stuck in that cycle?
  • How do you think you can make your life better?

I hope this episode makes you more hopefully especially when you are at a low peak of your life. You can never change your past but you are not your past. You can always reinvent a better version of yourself today.

#3 How to Tantra-up your life – with Jelena Devi

HOW TO TANTRA-UP YOUR LIFE – WITH JELENA DEVI

Dance is the most ancient way to express what’s going on inside of us. Jelena Devi does not even need to dance to demonstrate how beautiful it is to be oozing with passion, inner fire and emotions when moving. The playful moves of her hips and shoulders, the expressions of her face, are totally in the flow of life and express confidence. She doesn’t care who is there to watch and judge. It is is impressive and it is obvious that Jelena is comfortable and deeply connected to her feminine energy.

“Dance is the language of the soul!”

In this episode, Jelena will take us into her journey of self-expression through dance. Jelena is a Tantra expert, dance teacher and full of positive vibes. In today’s conversation, she outlines why it is sometimes better to dance instead of walk through life. We also discuss how she overcame the challenging relationship with her mother and how you can further blossom into an empowered woman who is anchored in your femininity.

In this conversation with Jelena, you will learn…
✨… the importance of exploring your femininity
✨… to honor and love your physical body as a channel of your essence
✨… how you can connect with others in a liberated yet mindful way
✨… how you can separate between sexuality and sensuality
✨… how you can claim your boundaries and desires confidently, while making peace with rejections and uncertainty
✨… the power of dance in connecting people together, uplifting and celebrating each other consciously

I hope you can take a lot away from our conversation! I am already looking forward to hearing your insights and thoughts on this episode.

#2 How a young UK millionaire monk wants to empower humanity – with David Hans-Barker

In this episode, I had the great pleasure to interview David Hans-Barker, an eight figure entrepreneur, CEO, biohacking expert and key leading meditation teacher at his retreat centre looking over the stormy cliffs of Bali. Already when I met him the first time, I was captured by his calm presence and after the interview I felt inspired, peaceful and creative.

David became a millionaire and monk before he even turned 30 years. He was raised in the UK in a rough environment with a high crime rate.

“If you are feeling something that you don’t want to feel then it is fear!“

David’s emotional independence was his base to become financially independent. He spent time alone in the woods, meditated and tuned in to an anti-fragile state of mind. David no longer sees risks as dangerous.

One of Davids next targets in life is to empower 80 million people, that is 1% of the world population, through meditation. Meditation is a key for him to be empowered and take responsibility.

“For me, not to love means that I give power away as I allow others to control my emotions“

In this episode, you will learn…

✨How to remain in silence and solitude during meditation, how to escape fear in life and how  Vipassana meditation can become a game changer in your life.

✨ About the power of facing yourself.

✨ Why systems such as societies or even simple patterns of thoughts can limit the way you grow.

✨ Why everyone is the master of themselves and why governments and organizations are not to be blamed as we tend to give power away too easily.

✨ That being responsible is a beautiful concept as it provides you with the freedom to decide.

✨ That love is an action and the best way to live is to be in a constant state of love independent from any subject or object.

✨ How great it is to pick something you love, focus on it and become really good at it.

✨ Why mentorship in life is not necessary as meditation can be the teacher itself.

✨ How a productive day in the life of David looks like and why it can be beneficial to only focus on work for a certain period of your life.

I hope you take a lot away from our conversation! I am already looking forward to receiving your insights and ideas on this episode.

#1 Welcome to The Human Project

WELCOME TO THE HUMAN PROJECT

I believe that our hearts get broken in life so that they can become soft and able to love.

Welcome to „The Human Project“. Your podcast for inspiring stories.

Your life is full of complexity, contradiction and mystery, but at the same time rich with experiences of every color: the joyful as well as the challenging ones. You carry your personal life story, which already helped you to become the person you are today. And still, the journey to become „the best version of yourself“ is ongoing: Maybe you are in the middle of a challenging period asking yourself: „What is life all about?“, you feel a change close by but are hesitant to fly or are having dreams that are still waiting to be lived?

I believe that our hearts need different life experiences as they teach us to learn to love. With every experience we make, we can choose love or fall into fear and suffering. Even if you have not decided for love yesterday, you can still do so today.

What can you expect from the podcast

This podcast is about authentic conversations with mixed martial arts fighters, pilots, millionaires, waiters, teachers, CEOs, leaders, refugees, musicians, artists, Tantra experts, founders and many other fascinating personalities. In this podcast, my guests will share their inspiring life stories with you. They will go beyond the ordinary and open up parts of their soul for you.

I have selected my guests not on fame or wealth, but rather on their dedication to empathy, connection, resonance and mind-set.

My intention for you is to expand your idea of what is possible in life, to feel empowered and to continue your journey outside the known. I want you to live the idea that all experiences in life are valuable, its upsides as well as the downsides, and that they are all worth being lived. Above all, I want you to feel the appetite for more the risk and less comfort in life. There is so much more in you and this is exactly your superpower.

I have recorded most of the conversations in cafes, fitness studios, at the beach or on the sofa.

Who am I?

I am Corinna-Rosa Falkenberg, a Munich (Germany) based creator, lawyer and artist.

Already when I was a child, I have observed, communicated and enjoyed my surroundings with a special charm of awareness and openness. Since then, I have visited over 70 countries. The deep layers of life have always fascinated me. I am keen on understanding and analyzing the variety of beautiful answers to both crucial and less crucial questions of life, and I am convinced that one can never stop learning. I strongly believe that complex situations often require creative solutions, being it while exploring the world traveling or when working on professional projects. Along the way, I have learned that life is a struggle for many of us. To show how different life can be, depending on the society and community we are living in is the major driver for my work. This led me to found the non-profit initiative ‘Stella Enabling Education’ (www.stella-enabling-education.org).

When I was ten years old, my grandfather presented me with a camera. Since then, the camera became one of my closest companions next to my drawing pens and notebooks. As much as I enjoy the outgoing part of my personality, I enjoy calm moments by myself when I am painting, drawing, writing, and digesting my experiences in peace.

I am not perfect and I live my life the best I can. Of course, I do also have my flaws and you are surely better in many areas than I am. One might be your English skills. All I can do is to offer you some inspiration and maybe even joy.
